Founder, Design & Construction Vision
Daniel drives the design and aesthetic vision for each Elaro home, shaping architectural flow, outdoor integration, and modern luxury features. Partnering closely with architects, designers, and construction teams, he translates innovative ideas into refined details that elevate both function and visual impact.
Partner, Finance & Operations
Omar oversees finance and operations across the portfolio, including budgeting, cost control, planning, and vendor coordination. Working with the leadership team, he maintains disciplined execution, transparent reporting, and operational efficiency so projects remain on schedule and aligned with strategic financial targets.
Partner, Operations & Strategic Management
Gilbert leads operational structure and strategic management across development phases, reinforcing accountability, organization, and execution discipline on every project. In close partnership with the finance and leadership teams, he supports stable delivery systems that keep the client experience seamless, professional, and predictable.

Andy oversees day-to-day site coordination, scheduling, and trade communication to keep construction quality and timelines on track.
